All services & products are provided by Rebecca Atkinson, Homeopath, Holistic Life Coach & Natural Health Advocate. I am fully qualified with accredited training, a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths & insured by Balens.
Confidentiality – All consultations/sessions/appointments are strictly confidential within the laws of the Land. If I am concerned that you or anyone you are in contact with, particularly children or other vulnerable people, are in danger, I am obliged to notify the relevant professional organisations or support Agencies.
Refusals – I reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone I do not feel safe or comfortable with or who I feel will not benefit from working with me. I will always endeavor to offer an appropriate referral.
If you are unsure about the suitability of anything I offer, please avail of the free ‘Clarity Call’ that I offer for this reason. If you have booked & therefore paid for a session without this & you decide during a consultation that you do not wish to continue, this is your responsibility & I reserve the right to payment in full for the booked time.
It is entirely your right whether to continue working with me or take a break or continue.
Refunds – I do not offer any guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of any sessions with me. Applications for any refunds of booked appointments or courses prior to attending or using the materials provided are at my discretion & entirely dependent upon each individual circumstance.
Applications must be made by email or letter & within a reasonable time frame.
Consultations/ Sessions/Appointments are conducted either online via platforms such as Zoom or in person at the Clinic address in Co Kerry, Ireland unless by prior arrangement & the agreement of all parties.
Payment & bookings – All bookings are taken via a 3rd party booking app and are not confirmed until full payment is completed. Payment methods are either via Stripe or Paypal both of whom accept credit cards & debit cards.
If you need to use any other form of payment, you must contact me by email so we can make alternative, mutually suitable arrangements. This applies also to any payment plans not covered by my booking system.
On booking you must complete the information/consent form provided in your confirmation email & return it as soon as possible prior to your appointment with Rebecca.
Cancellations – You agree to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice, preferably more, before your scheduled appointment in order to re-schedule. Cancellations must be by email or text NOT social media & must be acknowledged by me. Anything less than this or failure to attend without notice may be subject to payment in full for the booked appointment.
Prescriptions – You understand that as a Holistic, Natural Health Facilitator, I do not provide a medical diagnosis nor prescribe pharmaceutical drugs of any kind.
Homeopathic remedies are usually either supplied by me or I will supply a prescription to be filled by a recognised Homeopathic pharmacy of your choice, depending on your location. Similarly I reserve the right to charge for any additional costs incurred by P&P.
Courses that are described as ‘online’ will provide access to all materials for as long as is practical & possible. Any support groups will be upheld for as long as is practical & possible. Should anything cease to be congruent with my chosen way of working, I will do my best to provide alternative access or adequate notice of it’s cessation.
All materials eg videos, PDF’s Audio files, Blogs are the property of Rebecca Atkinson & should not be shared or re-produced without my express permission.
