What is the Workshop about?

Join us in person on Sunday January 5th 2025 as we celebrate Womens ‘Little Christmas’ by putting ourselves and our needs first. Enjoy a wonderful day of Self-care, great company & Home baked goodies! 

Ditch the traditional New Years Resolutions – do they ever last beyond February & aren’t they followed by feelings of guilt when we abandon them??

Instead come & Experience simple Transformative practices that support you to  make sustainable commitments that feel easy, light you up and invite excitement and Joy into your Lives – (& anything else you want to call to you….)

First and foremost this day is for You – for you to take a breath and spend some focused time on You and what you want from your Life. The Festive season can be a busy time for us ensuring that everyone is fed, watered and feeling loved – we can often feel we may have put our own needs on hold during this time? Maybe that’s something we have a habit of doing….?

WHY SHOULD I INVEST IN THIS WORKSHOP?

There’s a well known saying that states that the definition of madness is to do the same things over & over again and expect a different outcome!

How many of us, if we’re honest, can look back at previous years & recall making similar promises or resolutions or setting goals that seldom last beyond the first month or so & felt like a bit of a punishment or that we were ‘doing without something’? Who wants to feel that indefinitely! It’s no wonder most of the time we are counting the days until we can ‘get back to normal’ and return to our comfort zones & continue as we have been. Maybe you also recall feeling guilty or a bit crap that you haven’t kept up that new diet or exercise plan, daily meditation, saving money, going to bed earlier or whatever it was? Then feeling ‘bad’ about yourself seemed to encourage a return to whatever habit you were trying to break? A circle of unproductive behavior, right?

How would it be if you tried a different approach this time & could put in place the right kind of changes for you, the kind of changes that you could identify as making a real difference to your life and how you feel about yourself?

DATES & TIMES?

The workshop will be Sat January 23rd at 10am – 1pm.

WHAT WILL I GET FROM THE WORKSHOP?

  • You will get as much as you are prepared to put in!  At a very basic level you will have a set of worksheet templates that act as a prompt to follow, so that you can identify & focus on the areas in your life that you would like to feel differently about.
  • You will be able to create your own personal action plan
  • You will be able to create your own ‘compass’ & ‘North Star’ to help keep you on track to whatever you are creating despite any wobbly times.
  • You will leave the workshop with a greater knowledge of yourself – what changes are likely to work well for you & become a new way of living & a better idea of what current habits are not supporting you to make the changes you would like.
  • On going support in the form of a private online community of compassionate souls to listen to you, share what’s worked & ask good questions so you stay on track.

HOW WILL I ACCESS THE WORKSHOP?

The workshop will be delivered by me online using Zoom, so you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your laptop/computer or phone and to have tested using the camera & microphone on whatever device you will be using.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING TO THE WORKSHOP?

An open mind, your device, the printed worksheets I will provide to you with a pen or pencil & some dedicated time!

HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE WORKSHOP?

The workshop will be me live on Zoom & will include some slides. You will have downloadable work sheets to print off in advance & work on as part of the workshop.

This workshop is designed to be interactive – so I welcome all questions & observations. There will be some simple exercises during the workshop & some to download and work through after the workshop has finished so you can spend more focused time developing them. I will email downloadable worksheets for you in advance of the workshop date, so you can work on them during the workshop so you will also have them as a template for as long as you want.

The Support Group is a Private group within Facebook – you do not have to join, it’s there if you want it.

WHAT’S MY INVESTMENT?

The workshop will be approximately 3 hours & to reserve your place you need to click one of the payment buttons on this page & make a one off payment of €65.

WHAT IF SOMETHING COMES UP & I CAN’T MAKE THE DAY?

I will record the workshop and send it to you along with the PDF worksheets so you will have all the material available to work on. All you need to do is email me to tell me that you can’t make it & I will send it to you within a few days of the workshop.

I’M REALLY INTERESTED BUT CAN’T MAKE THIS DATE?

You can still go ahead and opt for the recording & pdf’s however you will get so much more out of attending in person.  It will depend on numbers but email me to register your interest & I may consider running a second date. There is also the option to book me for a one to one Coaching session, again email me for more details.
